Speedi is a leading e-commerce application established to give the customer the easiest shopping experience by offering a wide variety of products with the best offers, ready to be delivered in the fastest way and highest level of optimal services.

Our goal is to improve the quality of shopping by using the latest technology to provide you with all your needs of groceries and your favorite products at the best prices and had them delivered straight to your doorstep at the time slot you prefer.

We are committed to give you the best shopping experience in terms of service, price and time at their highest quality standards.

Terms of purchase

These terms of sale will apply if you submit a purchase order in our application.

Speedi application is available for use by people over 18 years.

You are committed to complete the purchase and payment of the items you purchased through the payment methods that provided by Speedi to its users.

When registering, you will enter your mobile number and password, and you are fully responsible for the authenticity of the entered information and you have to keep your account information and password confidential. You have to agree to notify Speedi immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your confidential information.

We have the right to suspend accounts that pertain to any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Service.

When you complete your purchase using your credit card you have to authorize Speedi’s application to deduct the purchase amount automatically. 

Terms of Use

This section shows you how to access and use the app:

  • Maintenance of the application will be necessary from time to time, and this may cause a downtime for a short period of time.
  • We cannot promise that the application will be free of downtime or errors, or that the application's defects will be corrected.
  • You can use the app to browse and purchase goods and services from us, and to manage your own account, but not for any other purpose.
  • You should not share your personal information on Speedi application with anyone. 


Speedi has an independent pricing system for all products present in the app.

When your order gets approved, Speedi will deduct the amount of the final bill (paper invoice) from your bank account and you will receive an in-app notification or a text message, in case of cash on delivery, you will be committed to pay after delivery the same amount in the final bill (paper invoice), in some cases, the amount can be deducted from your bank account before receiving the order, in case of cancellation after the transaction from your bank account has been made, the total amount will be refunded to your bank account and/or to you in-app wallet excluding (shipping fee - picking fee).

Sometimes prices and availability may be subject to change without prior notice. In addition, product description / performance is based on the manual of the item and the printed technical material by the manufacturer / agent. Consequently, the information on each product does not belong to us and it may subject to change without prior notice.

In addition to the price, you may have to pay the delivery or collection fee as indicated in the payment.

All prices of products or services offered or provided through Speedi application include the value of VAT unless stated when the product is displayed.

Products prices vary due to different weights.

The decrease, increase or replacement of any of the products may change the order price. The additional amount will be deducted from the credit card or refund the extra amount to the card automatically

Picking Fees

Speedi app have the right to apply a fee on picking order under certain terms of which the speedi app team see fit to the business, the fee will be shown to the end user during the purchasing process (by customer) and in the final bill (after picking)


Picking fee can not be refunded

Customer can't ask for refund or compensation after the "picking stage"

The fee is applied according to No. Of products, any increase/decrease in the no. Of products will have an effect on the service fee accordingly

In case of "product return" the customer will only receive compensation for the product price only

Purchase Order Acceptance

We have the right, in our sole discretion, to decline or cancel any purchase order for any reason. Limitations on quantities, inaccuracies or errors in products information or pricing, or problems identified by our Credit and Fraud Section, are some situations that may result in the cancellation of the request. Further verification or information may be requested before acceptance any purchase order. We will contact you if all or any part of your order has been canceled, or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order was canceled after deducting the amount from your credit / debit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit / debit card account, or credit may be credited to the store. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the credit / debit card is effective when the refund is made.


Speedi application provides the service to the commercial sector.

In case of violation of any of the terms of the user agreement, Speedi is entitled to take the appropriate action and may include the cancellation or modification of the request.

If there is no one at the specified location to receive the order, the user must know that the driver will only wait for a maximum 10 minutes before leaving and the request is canceled. Cancellation requirements should apply to it. 

Cancel and modify orders

You can cancel your order, modify or add the products at any time before the delivery, because of the way our systems operate by contacting customer service.

You can change the delivery date by contacting us through  Speedi'ommunication channels before the delivery process.

If you modify the request, the estimated time to deliver the order will be recalculated from the time of the last modification.

If you want to cancel the order after processing or in case the driver has arrived to your location, Speedi has the right to take the delivery fee even if the delivery was for free, and it has the fully right to prove whether the order has been delivered or not. Customer accepts and agrees on the decision we have made. 

Out of stock products

We do our best to ensure permanent availability of goods, but some products may sometimes run out with authorized vendors. If this happens, we'll give you the option to have a similar replacement product or completely cancel the item.

Use credit cards

If you find that your credit card has been used without your supervision, please notify us immediately. You must also notify the issuer of your credit card within the time you have agreed in the card system. 

Expiration dates

The staff working on your order has been carefully trained to choose items with the right time until the expiration date (just like when you shop for yourself). However, please note that some fresh products will of course have limited shelf life when they arrive at the store, so it makes sense to have a shelf life of less than two days when they are delivered or collected. 

Governing Law and Legislation

This Terms and Conditions Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the applicable legislation in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh. This part is an alternative to be used if this Terms and Conditions Agreement is terminated or canceled for any reason.

Limit purchase order

Speedi has its fully right to determine the available quantities for the purchase of any product per customer and has the right, in accordance with the discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. According to the offers or festivals. These restrictions are also applicable to regular and same-account order, the same credit card, phone number as well as purchase orders using the same billing and / or delivery address. We will notify the customer if these restrictions should apply.

Changes to these conditions

If we make any changes to these Terms of use, we will post the changes on our app.
