Return and exchange

Speedi provides a return and exchange service, as it provides its customers with the complete convenience of returning products according to the terms and conditions stipulated in this policy:

If the product is Damaged.

  • In case of receiving a damaged product (s) the customer must communicate directly with our customer service through one of our official channels (Call center number, Live chat and WhatsApp service) within a maximum period of 3 hours from the time of receiving the order, providing us with all the necessary images of the product that explain its condition while keeping the product for the purpose of completing the complaint closing procedures.
  • The complaint / note will be answered within two working days.
  • The compensation process will be done only by providing a coupon with the same value of the damaged product or by redelivering an alternative product if the condition of the product has been confirmed by Speedi application management.

If there is a difference in the type, description or form of the product received from the offer on the application (Exclude price differentiation).

  • Please ensure that the returned product (s) is accompanied with a confirmation of the return request by the customer service, and also make sure to return the products with all accessories and free gifts, and a purchase invoice available if you want to return these products.
  • These conditions apply in the event that the customer requests a return or exchange, and as soon as the products are received by contacting Speedi customer service through the available channels or by filing a complaint with the customer’s request department within a maximum period of 24 hours.
  • In the event that the return request is accepted by us and after ensuring that it meets our return or exchange terms, coordination will be made to send a delivery representative to receive the product.
  • Return of funds is processed according to the method of payment chosen by the customer. Example:
    1. - In the event that the customer has paid in cash, the processing will be done by adding the amount to the customer’s account in the application within a maximum period of two working days, where the customer can benefit from the amount in other purchases.
    2. - In the event that the customer paid with the credit card or through Mada, the refund process will be returned to the card used within two working days by us and a period of up to 14 working days by the bank.
    3. - In the event that the customer benefits from a financial discount using a coupon and the customer returns the product, the amount will be refunded and the value of the coupon is deducted.

Items or products that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (frozen and fresh) such as fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, fresh dairy products and its derivatives, frozen foods, bakery products and fresh fish in order to preserve public health.
  • Nuts of all kinds.
  • Weighed products include (Spices and nuts department, cheese and pickles section).
  • Chilled drinks or juices.

The customer must return the product in the same original condition in which it was received and not used and be free from any defects, and in the event that the customer opens the packaging, this behavior is considered contrary to the terms and in recognition of his acceptance of the product.
